1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account on freecpanel.in you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Acceptable use
Accounts may not be used to host malware, phishing pages, pirated content, or anything illegal in India or in the location of the account holder. Violations may result in suspension without notice.
3. Free plan limits
The free plan is provided on a fair-use basis. Accounts that consistently exceed reasonable resource use for a portfolio or small site may be asked to upgrade or reduce usage.
4. Uptime and availability
We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service on the free plan. Paid plans include the support levels described on the pricing page.
5. Account suspension
We may suspend accounts that violate acceptable use, are inactive for an extended period, or are used in a way that affects other customers' service.
6. Billing
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period selected at checkout. Downgrading or cancelling stops future billing but does not refund the current period, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of liability
freecpanel.in is provided "as is." We are not liable for data loss, downtime, or indirect damages arising from use of the service, beyond what is required by applicable law.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
